Founders Associate - Internship (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • You will work directly with our CEO Felix Engelhardt and the management, supporting them in important strategic projects for the further development of the company and in day-to-day operations
  • You will support our CEO in all daily tasks
  • You will independently drive entrepreneurial projects, particularly with regard to our growth plans including internationalisation
  • You will analyse and question existing processes and actively contribute your ideas for process optimisation and design
  • You help to create marketing materials and reports that are used, among other things, for investors and strategic partners
  • You implement growth initiatives in a hands-on and results-oriented manner
  • You are available for at least 6 months

Your profile

  • You are currently studying business administration, economics, or a similar field with a focus on corporate finance, achieving excellent grades or have recently graduated with outstanding success
  • You have already gained relevant experience in M&A consulting or in the corporate finance environment, strategy consulting or in a successful start-up
  • You have a very good knowledge of human nature and convince through consulting and communication skills as well as a confident manner
  • You convince through strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills as well as a strong team spirit
  • You quickly familiarise yourself with new topics, complete your tasks effectively and independently and proactively take on new tasks
  • You have very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • You demonstrate a high level of motivation to learn and an extreme curiosity
  • You are fluent in German and English. Additional language skills are highly welcome
